Quick switch folder not working
Is anyone else having this issue? The folder we use to switch between sims quickly keeps kicking me out of the app every time I press it.

How do I remove the video?
Please, for your safety, remove the video as it contains personal information (Player ID, Cell device nr and possible more unsafe info from other apps, camera etc) that should never be posted on a world wide open forum
contact support, in-game
Green .... > info > online support > square talkbubble top right in the popup
The video shows a lot of open apps. It may help to force close all of them. and then soft reset your device. You could also clear the browser cache.
If the issue persits, you may need help from online support.
