This forum is provided by EA but is designed as Player helping Player, in this case we can not do much for you
Hardclose and reopen game
Shut device off, wait 2 min, turn device on
Try a different internet connection, different WIFI, 5G, 4G
Try a different device
if you normally play on Apple, load it to an Android
if you usually play on Android, load it to an Apple device
Delete/reinstall game
Please, for your safety, treat your PID, Player ID as you would your bank account number
Do not display it on a world wide OPEN forum for everyone to see,
I redacted it so it isn't out there for every thief, scammer and cheat to see
Contact support: Get there in game: green ... button at the bottom of the screen; info > online support
