Re: October Update Deleted XP

I know someone else has already posted about it, but I wanted to highlight it again. I lost hours and hours and hours of gameplay in XP with the October update. I had enough XP that I did not need to earn anymore for the next 15 levels! It is all gone. And how do I prove I had it? I have had an issue after every update over the last six months at least. Issues with lost Lifestyle Points, Lifestyle points not being added, lost Social Points and, surprise surprise, them not being added. I lost all my saved Keys and didn't get VIP points after paying for some things in the store. Sick. Of. It. I paid for some of that XP in spending points that i PAID for so that is a bit suspect, to say the least. Again, how do I prove how much XP I had? I can't. Am I going to need to take a screenshot of everything every time I finish playing before an update? Seriously wondering if I want to keep playing... I have raised it with an ingame ticket - I will update with results.
