I didn't receive the reward from the island of influence A Haunt to remember!

Are you looking in the right age groups? A lot of them are for pre-teens and teens

The rare prizes include one outfit and shoes in one color.
The grand prize gives the same outfits and shoes in three more colors, plus glasses for teenage Sims.
So in total you should have one outfit and shoes  in four different colors.    
  
The involved age groups are preteen girls, teenage girls and boys and female and male adults.  

Same thing happened to me!! That's why I have immediately come to the forums to see whats going on. I won and claimed all prizes including the grand prize and only one costume has shown up, the fairy one. All the others completely gone. No where to be found. I've searched all the age groups such as pre-teen, teen, toddler, etc and nothing. I am so angry because I spent money on that survival kit thing to help me win the challenges. I even bought extra social points. I'm really upset and once again EA won't do anything about it. You ripped me off again, EA! 😡🤬

The same thing has happened to me though. Its like a massive glitch. I won everything and claimed it and its not shown up. Its just gone. I've checked everything. I am so angry. Especially because I spent money on social points and that kit thing to help win the challenges.
