Re: Problem with tutorial tasks

This is the task I am stuck on. I couldn't complete it because the free quick complete button didn't appear.

I checked the link, they need to update their site as tutorial tasks have definitely changed.

This forum is provided by EA but is designed as Player helping Player, in this case we can not do much for you

Your pic show that your sim is currently at work not that they have finished work for today

tap the picture of your sim after tapping the striped briefcase on the menu tabs, while your sim is at work

to see if there is an option to quick complete

or if there is a red button to cancel work and maybe give you another try to complete the task

Nothing happened when I clicked the briefcase, the ui you showed never came up.

The "Free Quick Complete Button" looks a bit different. Sometimes we need to tap the briefcase a second time or, like minicha-em said,  just on the picture of the Sim to get the option.

Probably you started over already, didn‘t you? It takes less than 10 minutes to get to the same task.

Do NOT click the breifcase other than the striped icon in the simdex tabs

tap the picture of your sim at work

and the option should show as @ErinPW also showed
