Re: Take a Hard Look in the Mirror - Love & Treasure Quest

The Same for me !!! And support says me to just add this bug on this forum ☹️(( 

i can’t continue/finish this quest without this action. And without this quest a lot of other quest is blocked ☹️( 

please help us !!

    @EA_CathPlease help asap! My event has a little more than 48 hours left! Can you help adding more time for my event? If I cant complete it in time? I had plenty of time to finish the event 😭

    @EA_Cath Hi, been having the same issues, have tried reaching out to you multiple times and firemonkeys. Firemonkeys did get back to me but said they couldn’t do anything other than offer me 100SP. I dont want that. I wanted the villa. Which would cost way more simoleons and time than 100SP or the redoing the quest itself, if i could even buy it at all that is. Very frustrated with their response. Ive done everything including updating my phone, verifying the app was up to date. Re-installing the app, clearing up some phone storage, and restarting my phone and the app regularly(i used to work for verizon Tech support i know the troubleshooting steps i can do on my end by heart. This IS an app bug. Period. The bug is clearly not on my end. Please help?? I just want the villa. If i have to redo the entire quest idgaf i just want to be able to get the villa but I cant do that without the villa lol

    to say the least I am very disappointed in the result. How about reach out to IT? Connect me with IT? Have IT fix it? Honestly thought I was talking to someone in IT or at least someone who could talk to IT. I said it was an gameplay bug issue. Sheesh. 

    is there anything you can do Cath? Seems like you helped most of the other people on here? My quest has officially timed out... I am 💯 fine in repeating the quest. I just need the villa to get the villa…

    @rekka2795 I realize now i cant do most quests at all without completing the love and treasure quest at all regardless if in time or not….great. So im just stuck in limbo till i get the villa or EA changes the task to look into “any mirror”. Cool. Very disappointed in the responses and non responses iv been getting. This game isnt my escape from real life or anything.

    @rekka2795 @minicha_em not sure why any or at least all of that was censored. None of which was private info i dont think. Maybe the ticket number? Thats not personal though?

    please be more careful what you splay all over the the interner for every nut, maniac, stalker or thief to see

    This forum is provided by EA but is designed as Player helping Player, in this case I can not do much for you

    I am a player like you and this is not something I can help with

    Community Manager (CM) can rely info to the teams, I cannot

    Support can rely info to the team too

    if you use DMs to a CM or go via support, whatever info is safe and not seen by outsiders
