report a bug

Soooo... apart from the in-game-help sending me a link to a "report a bug" site, that leads directly to the home subpage, and then being sent in circles and circles until you end up here to ask a question which is as user-unfriendly as it is humanly possible to be...

I have been told to and would like to report a bug in my game. I've completed all daily quests for Mr. Zesty and still have to pay an extension fee (which also doubled at some point for no reason) and cannot (for the life of me) figure out why. I've done everything in time, Mr Zesty danced for me every day and yet the renovators aren't satisfied, it seems.

I would therefore like to be refunded the money I am supposed to spend - if anyone ever reads this - and have this issue fixed because it's not the first time this problem arises...

  • I do not think that is how it is suppose to work but I have only completed two neighbourhoods in Sim springs, it may have changed

    This forum is provided by EA but is designed as Player helping Player, in this case we can not do much for you
