The exact point when the game crashes: When I try to use my Keys for the 'Mystery Boxes'. I attached a photo to show the exact moment the app closes down on me. This has been happening for just under a week I believe?
Any error messages you're getting: No - The app just shuts down/crashes

shardie2024 I know. Unfortunately, I hold my breath when I log in on my older devices. I’m afraid eventually, they aren’t going to support these older ones and a bunch of us have them. 🤷🏼♀️
Yeah that sounds very similar to myself, it would work 50/50 at times. So bizarre! Can’t wait until EA Games fix this bug/glitch so we can all play without any issues 😭. No worries at all and same here, if u need any info/help just flick me a msg and hopefully I can help out ☺️
This is an Update to my Update: Tonight I was able to use my shopping cart to buy an item in Specials. I could also purchase several other items in one other specials section. When I clicked on the Pram box it opened but when I clicked on the select 5 the game crashed. If you need any further information, just let me know. I’m glad to help. How is it now? Still crashing? By some miracle yesterday for the first time in like a week, I was able to use my keys🫨😳!! I couldn’t believe it!… BUT… it’s still not 100% fixed because at times (even yesterday) it would still crash on me. It’s a bit 50/50 at the moment. Sometimes it works but then other times it doesn’t? So weird. This only started happening since I did the stupid update, like many others. Anyways, I hope E.A. Games gets this fixed for you too! ☺️
Me too, but only on my IPad 8. Not on my IPad A16. Both devices are running IOS 26.4.2. For me it’s only happening on the Pram box. All the other boxes work perfectly (I hope I didn’t jinx myself.) When I click on the Pram box, it won’t load and then my system crashes. If the problem can’t be fixed, can you at least put the items in the store so we can purchase them. There’s so many cute items in that box and the Pram is awesome! Thank you! 👍🏻😊
UPDATE: Now I can’t access the online store at all. As soon as I click on the shopping cart in my IPad 8 it shuts the entire game down. This isn’t good…I can’t buy anything or get the Pram Premium items. 😭 Help Please!
