Sims free play on phone

I recently download Sims FreePlay on my phone I've made three purchases and did not receive any of them and they refused to refund me or to give it to me because I don't have a PC or a laptop to send them a screenshot and my phone is not an acceptable screenshot proof of purchase. Even though you can see the letterhead the email my GA number the time it was purchased how much the purchase was all in my screenshot but since it's not a PC it's not acceptable which is absolutely b******* ended up disputing with my bank and deleting the game. They told me my only option is to borrow a laptop or a computer from a college colleague or a family member.
