Sims freeplay is stuck on connecting to servers

Hello.
If I try to enter Sims freeplay, I will be stuck on connecting to servers screen. (I've mesaured it and after exactly 6 minutes it lets me in).
But if I use VPN it connects instantly, as it should be.
I tried connecting on WIFI and mobile data.

I also tried on other phone. It works perfectly fine, until I connect my cloud save, and it gets my game data.
What is wrong here? I have been playing Sims for long time without any problems.
