Sims freeplay problems.

I am doing Mistery in the manor craft challenge and I get free candles (100 candles) only once a day 😞 It counts down from 4:00 hours and then just disappears… Does anyone else have the same problem? Then, I creates a new baby, the one that costs 50 000 ocd takes 24 hours. I cannot get a baby now when time is up, the game just freezes. Any ideas? Thanx 🤗
