I've been stuck at Level 10 on my Sims Freeplay. What to do?

Is the level bar going up as you gain experience? Are you doing tasks like sending your sims to work or completing some of the quests? Can you give more information so we can help you.
Your sims will gain experience, doing tasks and going to work, if their needs are maxed out to green. I noticed your sim in the screenshot has most of her needs halfway down. You can also buy higher star appliances, TVs, and other items to help increase their needs faster. If you're still having problems you will need to contact support. You can do this by clicking on the game menu and then clicking on the question mark. It will bring up a form for you to fill out.
Did EA fixed your problem? Coz' I'm having the same problem stuck in level 10

Select the tab (should be on your uper left-hand of screen in game, if I remember correctly.) Go to a Starbucks or something and get on the wifi if you don't have it at home.. it takes less than 5 minutes to download.
