Daily quest requires that one of my sims do the catwalk modelling. I'm however, unable to click on the catwalk at all after the update. Or anything on level 1 for that matter. Not the floor, not the stores. Please help! That's my last item for the daily quest and there's no way for me to skip it. Thanks.

Two of my sims started and finished their hobbies on the first floor of the Sunset Mall but there is no exclamation point to correctly complete it. I've tried to call them from another place but it doesn't work. What can I do?
