The sims free play

Hi, Whenever I tap on a specific house (blossom estate) I’m being thrown out of the game completely.
I can’t access the sims in the house, I can’t get them out because they finished a task. It’s a development site I need to complete to get to the next level. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. Didn’t work. Any ideas?

It may help to toggle off the new lighting (if not done already), force close the game and all other apps. Clearing the browser cache could also help. But first log out everything you’re logged in via browser first.
Restart the device and try again to enter the lot. If the game still crashes, you may need help from Online Support.
