Two and a half sims

Question

Hello, I am currently playing The Sims FreePlay and I am stuck in a loop in the "Two and a Half Sims" quest. &nbsp;The quest is asking me to build the Children's Store (Baby N' Bumps). &nbsp;But when I try to build it, the game says "Complete the quest first." &nbsp;This makes it impossible to progress, since I need to complete the quest to build the store, but I need to build the store to complete the quest. &nbsp;I have tried restarting the game, checking my quest list, and tapping on the store multiple times, but I am still stuck.

Are you currently building something else in town? You can only build one building at a time, rush the building under construction using Lifestyle Points or wait for it to finish
This is the store on the other side of the road from the Custume and Swim Store, across the river from the Salon and Pet Store, do you have the right building?
Does the pop up specify which quest you need to finish first? Do you have a screen grab of it?
