Unable to login into my account (to restore my progress) + can't update the app.
Hi! Unfortunately, I'm unable to update Sims Freeplay from Play market to my old device and unable to login from my new device.
I have downloaded the app to a new device and wanted to login into my account with Facebook (as I usually do). I saved my data to the cloud to login from a different device, but when I try to login, it brings me to play market, where it says "unavailable for your country" (Ukraine). However, I've been playing this game for years, and all this time I was able to update it.
How is that even possible? I am able to download the app to my new device, but I'm unable to login into my account to keep the process I have built for years now? That's ridiculous...
Could you please assist me in this situation, cuz I have no idea what to do anymore...?
