Very Insulting
Lately when I contact the online support, I’m flat out asked if I’m using something to cheat the game with!! This is very off putting to me. I’ve been playing SFP since the beginning. I have spent MORE money on SFP, then all the Sims PC games and expansion packs. This is NOT how you treat your customers!!
I sent a screenshot of the rainbow cupcakes being greyed out. And I’m asked this:
“Could you please confirm for us if you are using emulated Android/iOS devices, and/or versions of our games downloaded from third-party sources?”
I’m so angry. I wish that the upper management could address this. I’ve been around for 6 decades and I’ve never had anyone ask me this.
