This new update is horrible
Every since this so-called new update gamers have lost more than a month worth of upgrades to their accounts, along with VIP status, quest that I already been done has to be repeated and now some quest doesn't even have the materials or items needed to finish the actual quest for example: we can no longer use the garden patch to make a mud pie! I went from being one house away from a level 50 upgrade back down to a level 47 and from a Level 9 VIP status that's dropped down to a Level 7 status and All my quest, new characters and houses I built within my game are just freakin' gone! Even my new cafe which was almost @ a level 10 are gone and it's been 3 freakin' days and the only thing I was told is to sign in and out of my EA account and that's not working either! The game that my EA has actually Retrieved is when I was on Level 47 and @ a VIP Level 7 which was over a month or 2 ago, but not anything that I saved in my account for the last 3wks of me working my **bleep** off to become a Level 8 VIP, that was literally 200 points from being a Level 9 VIP, one house away from a level 50 game status and a Level 10 Cafe status which I put in a lot of time and money into and I really would like to know if your company actually did a test run for Launching this new version of the game because it has more bugs then I have ever seen in any new version of the game! It was so bad that my old game was overlapping with the new one on my new fire tablet, but now I only have the old game @ level 47 which sucks balls and I am beyond pissed and disgusted & disappointed and want to know how your company plans to Compensate Gamers who actually spent money on leveling up or whatever, but are now at a loss because your new update sucks and its the most horrible updated game that's ever existed! Are you all gonna give us our money back or even try to fix the mess, that you've all created with this horrible nightmare of an update?!
