Cannot Propose
I recently completed the marriage quest. Now, my sims can’t propose anymore. Even if they are level 10 Soulmates. What do I do?

There's someone having the same issues... You should gather together, contact EA or wait for the next update coz that usually fixes such bugs.
Wait for someone from EA or if you're getting impatient contact them. Someone will most likely ask for your player ID and investigate your case.
