Cant find saved game

I just noticed you tagged Android.   Download an app called Play Games (it might already be pre-installed on your phone, so try searching for it) .  The icon will be a green triangle with a game controller picture in it.   Input all the email accounts you use into the Play Games app.  There's also a section in the Play Games settings to log into a specific account for a certain game, or to ask you which account you want to use when you start the game.   Make sure you install the TSM app through the Play Games app.

Every Sims Mobile account is linked to a specific save account.   Do you have more than one Facebook account?  If so, log in to your Facebook app with your other account before you log into your Sims Mobile game.  If you used an Apple or Google account, make sure you are logged into the App Store with the appropriate account before you start Sims Mobile.  For example, I'm using two different Google email accounts so I can switch between two TSM games on the same phone.   It is recommended that you link at least two different save accounts in your in-game settings.  I'm using my EA account and Google Play.
