Career action symbol
Sorry for the dumb question, but I would know what does it mean the symbol of time with a circular arrow in the grey bar next to energy cost? Thanks

Not a dumb question! I haven’t paid much attention to it but when I have it seems like it is the amount of time you have to wait between doing that same action again. Like one of the wedding quest things had you talk to friends 3 times about getting cold feet. But I couldn’t do them back to back to back. There was like a 15 minute cooling off period between times.
Other times I have wondered if it is how long it will take to do the action. Like having a baby takes 30 minutes at the cradle. Most times are so short you don’t notice.
I will start paying more attention as I could be completely wrong!

The time with the little "clock" in the grey bar is how long you must wait before you can do the action again (for some party actions that can be as much as 23 hours!). The time it takes to complete the action should be at the right side of the green bar.
By the way I didn't have to wait while doing the "cold feet" quest, I just talked to my other two sims in different combinations, that seemed to work fine.
