I have another friend (Mystery) with heavy crashes... reinstalling doesn't work, and the other trouble-shoots don't work, too. It' an iPhone 6 Plus - also with the iOS 12.3.1.
Since the make-over-update it keeps crashing at the CAS. Since 6th June it isn't playable anymore. It crashes everytime at the loading screen.
@EpicRedly Mine is an iPhone 6+ also & I'm having the same problems.Cant' access Izzy clothes without a crash, can't do almost anything without a crash.Then they updated & my game no longer starts.After back & forth with support, & a game roll back, it's still the same.They want me to play on another phone that I don't have access to!!! And some of the support techs were downright rude!
