I can not figure how to chat with other players since we change over to EA

How do I do this

    @kelley45 the game has always been by EA, the studio changed from Maxis to Firemonkeys, both are EA studios.

    The chat function hasn't changed, could you tell me what you're seeing and what you are expecting to see?
