I purchased a pack on TSM (the Halloween house) and they took my money (iOS system). I didn’t receive the item, I asked for help and they not even care to fix the problem. That’s so sad, I used to love the game, and now it’s been a nightmare 😢
I tried a refund through apple and they didn’t accept it, I contacted EA and they didn’t accept it neither. Unfortunately
You might have to call apple? I'm not sure.( i use Google play as i have an android) Or go through your bank. Explain you tried reaching ea support and nothing happened and apple refused your request for some reason.
