Festival pack glitch
I purchased the festival pack today and it is still locked. When I try to purchase again it reads “transaction cancelled no money was taken from your account” but it did charge me today.

Hi, it's sad that when you buy a festival package, your money is deducted and it's still locked. Unfortunately, there is no team working here to resolve these issues. I'm sorry you're having trouble.
