[Fixed?][Known Issue] Simoleon and Ticket charge for re-sizing or moving a room.

Hi Everyone,
We're aware there is currently an issue in the game that when you re-size or move a room, you may get charged like you just purchased a new room.


We're working on fixing this as soon as possible. If you've been charged Simoleons and Tickets for this issue, please contact an adviser for compensation https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/.

    I reckon they have just logged into my account as I have received a pop up notification message stating that my account is logged into another device and requested me to log out! Hmph! Thanks for your information though! Really appreciate 😊

    I reported the issue through link provided above. Requested a call back and was refunded my Simoleans immediately. Bug happened to me twice so I got refunded for both failed expansions.

    @37055ec08572e46e That's great they refunded your simoleons back but I'm feeling EA lied to me about generating everybody's lost simoleons back from that room bug charging for already owned rooms cause they haven't given me my simoleons back yet & they haven't given me my stuff back that disappeared from my inventory after I installed the new sims mobile update. That stuff cost me a fortune. Nope I'm not letting that fly 😡

    Me too. I’ve been charged from re-sizing the existing room and didn’t receive compensation yet. The status of my case is “updated by EA” also.

    @Junejeune what does updated by EA mean cause when I emailed them back. I got a postmaster email that said my email could not be delivered! I'm confused

    @Tiffany562411 I don’t know the meaning. I think it means the team solved the problem of getting charged from moving/re-sizing the room by releasing new version but it doesn’t mean they give us back the simoleons/tickets.
