I went into Izzy's Shop to create an outfit and now I'm trapped there. Every time I try to claim the outfit my game crashes. Then when I reopen the game it just resets right back to where I was. I've reinstalled the game twice but nothing has fixed the issue. Not sure how to get out at this point.
I went to Izzy’s as part of the tasks I had
They started to make an outfit but when I started pressing CLAIM, the app closes.
I restarted my phone and my ipad, I deleted the app and re download, but it just takes me back to the screen (inside Izzy’s)
I tried pressing Re try design and it will retry but when I press claim, the app closes again
PLEASE HELP! I spent so much time & money on my game!
Please let me know if you figure it out. I have the exact same issue right now
Doubt I'll figure it out. I've been trapped for well over an hour and the only thing I'm able to do is retry the design which is a complete waste of gems. I've restarted my phone and reinstalled the app multiple times. I'm just going to give up at this point. Might permanently delete the app at this point if its not fixed in a week.
Hi, unfortunately I don’t have a solution how to leave the shop.
I don’t recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app, since that can lead to others issues.

I have the same problem with game crashing and being stuck in fashion shop.
