Missing items after purchase and device sync Issue

Hello,

Two or three days ago, I purchased an offer that included 10,000 Simoleons, 600 Cash, and other items. On the same day, I spent the Simoleons and Cash to decorate my house. Please note that I play The Sims Mobile on both an iPad 7th generation and an iPhone 13. I initially started playing on one device, then switched to the other. I noticed that some of my progress wasn’t saved, but it didn’t bother me at first because it wasn’t much. However, later, when I switched devices again, I found my house half empty!

Strangely, the money had been spent, but the items I bought—or even just moved—were gone and still haven’t reappeared. I checked both devices and it was the same. I also waited about 8 hours, hoping the progress would sync, but nothing changed. I even tried deleting and reinstalling the game, but the issue still persists.

Could you please help me recover the missing items or restore my progress?

  • It is not recommended to play the same account on two devices.   When you have two games opened at the same time, it leads to sync issues with saving your progress.  If you do need to use two devices, make absolutely sure that you close the game completely before you open the game on the other device.  Worse case scenario is that you could lose your account because the server is trying to save to different sets of progress.
