I just spent lots of my harvest pies on bags of plenty and got lots of same items and only 2 new items (glass pumpkin trio and fall bounty fireplace). Then all of sudden there's an error stating that I have connection error and make the app freeze which is the first time ever I encounter this issue.
Then I close the app and reopen it back. I checked my inventory and 2 of my new items received just before the app go crazy went missing! And my pies also deducted 500 which are equivalent to those 2 items! Because I keep on getting lanterns, pile of leaves and wreath like too frequent (and it seems like I only received these 3 same things over and over again), those 2 new items really means a lot to me.
Please give me back my missing rewards or at least give me back my hard earned pie! It's really hard to earn those pies when there's bugs during this harvestfest event! 😭😞
Best thing would be to contact an EA game advisor about this issue.
