My first Purchase

Hello everyone, I purchase something on The Sims Mobile the money deducted to my account but when I check my game I got nothing. I restarted my game and also my phone until now nothing is happening. I'm so disappointed, I want to purchase more but I'm scared to have nothing. I don't know what to do. Please help. I can provide proof of purchased and also the screenshot of what I purchased.
