1. How do you rearrange furnture? I just built a new bedroom for my Sim's roommate, so I want to move one of the twin beds over to the new room. Also, I've still got a window on a wall that peeks into...

touch item with finger, hold on to it(it will do an arrow up animation) have option then, use the bottom icon(the 1 with "yin yang" like arrows) to move things around..
if its too hard. just go to edit room options and resize room to smallest possible and save. most stuffs would auto go into your bag then.
save item location/edit - press the tick icon
exit & save - press the X button bottom right
make sure to move away sims before you start edit. sims too near = cant edit

by level up titles(up by spending, buying stuffs).. not levels 1,2,3,4
