No option to connect on social media

Product: The Sims Mobile
Platform:Apple iPhone
List the specific devices you play with (e.g. iPhone 6s Plus, Samsung Galaxy S7) Iphone8
OS Version 14.2
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure how you will check it but when you click on settings, option to connect social media (Facebook, ea, Twitter etc) must be visible. I also no “party chat” button and I think it’s related to this issue.. I am connected to fb before but when I deleted the app and recover from iTunes, it disappear. Also, I cant do the workaround about friend glitch that is happening to a lot of players bec I can’t disconnect to fb.

I can’t communicate to my friends during the party bec of this. I have been waiting for the fix since feb this year

    Hi @EA_DragonsEye i updated the latest version today, 14.7.1 but still NO option to connect to social medias. 

    it's been long months since i am facing this issue. my "chat button" also not showing bec of this... current "friend glitch" work around doesnt fit to me so my friendlist still gone for few days.

    Hi, since Dragonseye leave, who else can i ask for this kind of issue? i know everyone is busy fixing different issue, and looking for the better gameplay after this S4 festival update, but could you guys atleast fix the issue first before doing something big. and another issue will come. i love the this game, but it's really HARD to communicate. i dont even know to whom i can report. FYI, this is just my 1 issue from my so many bugs. ☹️  #SaveTheSimsMobile

    @shelby0311 unfortunately you need to reinstall the game. It is important to make sure that your game is connected to GameCenter before uninstalling the game! Otherwise you can lose the progress.
    After you install the game again, make sure to select the appropriate age. The social networks and party chat is not available to minors.

    @yani_tsm Hi. Thanks for the suggestion but i actually got the issue when I reinstall it. I started playing normal when I had face some issue and need to uninstall and reinstall. Then this happened. 😭

    Anyone could help me? I don’t have the friendlist after the summer update. In relation to this, I can’t disconnect to my fb. No one in my friends can see my party. 😭

    @shelby0311 That makes sense that you got this issue after a reinstall because your age was selected as minor (you might have clicked too fast and did not select the appropriate age). So a careful reinstall should solve the issue.

    It probably won’t help with the friend list, but it definitely will help with party chat and social networks.

    @yani_tsm I’m pretty sure I did select the right age. Not minor. and last time I reinstall my game, i almost lost my game. It took me 1 month to recover it. Luckily DragonsEye help me to get it. But unfortunately she has to leave. I’m afraid I can’t recover it anymore once I do it again.

    Anymore suggestions? Btw thanks for helping me. It didn’t resolve my issue but at least someone has to talk to me. everyone is ignoring me 😔
