As of two weeks ago, I have noticed that I am no longer receiving party notifications outside the game. This has led to missed opportunities to participate in parties and engage with the social aspects of the game.

Bug Details:

1. Issue Description: I am not receiving any notifications for parties outside game. (Only get the in-game party notifications now)

2. Impact: I have missed out on joining parties early and reduced my play time.

3. Frequency: The issue appears to be consistent, as I have not received any party notifications since two weeks ago.

Additional Information:

• I have verified that notifications are enabled both within the Sims Mobile app settings and on my device's settings.
• I have verified that Sims Mobile runs in the background with unrestricted data and battery usage.
• I have also restarted the app and my device multiple times to see if the issue persists, but unfortunately, I am still not receiving party notifications.
• I have verified that I'm signed to EA and Game Center
