[Open] - Party ends shortly after starting no error

Product: The Sims Mobile
Platform:Android Phone

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

I started my party at 9am CST today and shortly after starting it kicked me out 3 times and both accounts then when I logged back in the last time it was like I never had a party. It shows that my party reset tho.

    @Ilois4 This just happened to me also.
    Hosted my weekly party and it reached level 10 within 15 minutes. I put one of the sims to work to finish Llama quests. Took him back home to charge and game just booted me out.

    After a few tries, I managed to get in but the party disappeared and now I have a 2day cool down.

    Guests can still see the party chat however whicj is really odd.

    @SalixCat I didn’t get any error messages. I’ve asked the few guests that I have in my insta if they got the prizes, no answers yet.

    @SalixCat yes, the other report seems the same kind of incident. 

    Got some answers from my guests and they got prizes and no errors for those guests

    Update 2: Restarted phone and Wi-Fi and managed to get in but I’m scared to go home.

    I am now unable to get in to the game. I sent one of my sims to do the Home Sweet Home event and the game won’t load since then.

    I am thinking this issue is perhaps happening especially when you host scheduled parties where most players try to join at the same time.

    I normally don't schedule parties, but host 8 - 9 p.m. UTC +2 any day of the week.
    I hosted a party a couple of days ago at an unusual time, something like 9 a.m. UTC +2. It did not crash, but the strange thing that happened was that next day, after collecting rewards, the purple party bubbles reappeared and I had to collect party rewards again.

    @SalixCat That is possible. My party didn’t filled up fast though like some other players here. Guests were still coming in after it reached level 10.

    I will try hosting at a random time after cool down and see how it goes. Will keep you posted.

    For now, I’m using another lot as my sims can’t go to the main home without the game crashing.

    @GracieSeven Thanks 😊 This seems to be a tricky issue, so any testing you do is welcome.
    Did you have to move your Sims to another lot? What happens when you open the game? Do you have to go immediately to the other lot and avoid doing anything on the main lot?
