Sims Mobile Can't Make Purchases

Product: The Sims Mobile
Platform:Apple iPhone

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? After the most recent update I tried to buy the festival pass. It got hung up at the end of the transaction. It did not give me the content, despite charging my card. Now when I go to rebuy the festival pass it tells me "Transaction Canceled No Money was Removed from your Account" When I try to buy the Sweet Treats Ticket or anything else in game, I get "Transaction in process please restart the game to continue the transaction" But restarting the game doesn't help. I have restarted the game and my phone multiple times.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to purchase items and to receive what I purchase.

I am also hesitant to uninstall and reinstall becuase of the tutorial bug that destroyed my last iteration of this game. No help or refunds were given despite multiple attempts to get both.
