Sims mobile is not loading

HI,

Just letting you know that I've been having problems with The Sims Mobile. It get stuck at the loading screen and then it brings up a message about 'Where's the network?' 

I've been playing on my phone with my internet on  and the games work fine until I try to get on on The Sims Mobile game.

So what's going on?

My Sims mobile won’t load past the main screen. I use an iPhone. What’s going on?

Mine isn’t working either, I’ve tried everything and still nothing works, after I paid for an in game item too

Right! That’s why I’m on here mad. I den spent money in this game now it start messing up.

I’ve been having the same issue. I tried everything. I even uninstalled… really hope everything is there when it’s working again. I’m connected- but if this bug is causing this, who knows…

I've tried resetting the phone made sure the software on phone and game is downloaded cleared catch and data and it still says the internet connection isn't working. But my other apps and Sims freeplay isn't having a problem. No I'm worried I've lost my progress by clearing the data. 😭
