Smallfry no progress. 12. March 22

Product: The Sims Mobile
Platform:Apple iPhone
List the specific devices you play with (e.g. iPhone 6s Plus, Samsung Galaxy S7) Iphone 11 pro
OS Version 15.3.1
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check Smallfrys missions.
What do you expect to see? That the progress shows again.
Connection Type Wifi
Please select your region North America
Country Greenland

Smallfry don’t progress in part 5/8. I’ve done several tresure hunt. But nothing happens with progress.

I play from iphone 11 pro. Latest version. Reset game. Hardware reset phone. Nothing helps.

please check it up.

    @Ilois4 Yes. I made a mistake in other post. Wrong site. I wanted to show, that I did all hunts, and there were no progress.

    I have the same issue. It stopped at Part 5 and isn't showing my progress. 

    It's frustrating bc I had the same issue w/ other quests and lost out in prizes and other things. 

    I've emailed my issues and gotten no response. That's even more frustrating.  

    Hopefully someone can help us get what we've lost out on bc we work hard are completing the tasks.

    @BlueberryGrl I saw your other post on the same issue but with different screenshot. You made progress in part 5 but can’t move now to part 6?

    I’m still having this problem, I can’t move on from Smallfry’s level 5.  I’ve done numerous events and none of them have worked to move me up, and they don’t even count for standard or long events.  I’m getting very frustrated,  considering so much lost time and rewards, I would probably be close to done already! I’m out of cash and cupcakes, and didn’t know how stupid that sounded until just now, but it is what it is!

    @Honeybadger50174  Hi, for part 5 did you do the Investigation event which is in the Cafe at Parkside during this Treasure Hunt?
