Same issue. ☹️ but can’t update..

to get rid of the festival banner, go to a party, and leave your app open. The couch quests will still not works but at lease you will get rid of the Anoying banner. 2 days before the bug banner apears, the pastry quest pnj were gone and there was a bug concerning the view ads function, i was able to get the reward without seeing any ads. I also find out that the size of the app backup seems to be smaller. 

Same issue happening for me. Because of this I am unable to purchase certain items from the store.

It is also affecting the STC, which hasn’t launched for me since yesterday morning.
Also, when it is working the STC does not launch commercials. I get no bonus percentage. Video posted to Twitter and link at bottom. (Shortly.)
Also, music from somewhere else playing over my game again. No other apps open. Will post video footage to Twitter to give you an idea.

As an aside, my game is, because of the numerous bugs in my relationship and party game, primarily an Event and building/decorating game. For this, and because I have 5 properties I work on, I need plenty of Simoleons.

I’m wondering if we can do something about increasing our access to Simoleons. It takes me forever to earn enough to build a floor. And the exchange rate from Sim Cash is just not doable. With fixtures at $4,000 to $5,000 Simoleons each, just lighting a room that way, at $27.99 for an exchange of roughly $1,500 SC for 25,500 Simoleons just isn’t affordable. You need to earn them. Any way you could give us a raise for work/hobby events and more Simoleons in packs?

It's the same problem I have but my problem is a little more troubling, After the latest halloween upgrade of the Sims mobile game I deleted the game for a few months and reinstalled it on my Android phone a few days ago, i load my 45. level saved game. After installing the Seasonal quests bar is not gone and on the worst part, when I enter the Sim festival bar the daily quests show up but the festival seasons are not. The game is updated also the various activity selections in the game are broken, for example, I cannot retire a Sim whose retirement time has come, and this is very annoying. I deleted my level 45 save file and started from zero, but this time the Sim festival training bar does not go. My Friendship adventure, which was on-going with another Sim, changed by itself the next day and continues with another Adventure. I can't understand what kind a problem/glitch or Bug is this.

Have the same issue but now I can't do any tasks missed out awhole day and a hal of the challenges 

I’m having the same issue on my iPhone. I can’t play any of the Sweet Treat Challenges even though they are full. If I tap the button it does nothing. 

The season bug is preventing me also retiring the sim or changing Him out. Other sims are also affected as some social tasks elsewhere rather than home can’t be accessed. Can’t even expand house now either. Too many bugs update is well over due as I won’t invest anything if it can’t be used. Sure that others are also not spending for same reasons and will be hesitate if bugs are not fixed. 

I am sure advertisers will not be happy we are seeing their videos as a result of this either.

Huge tutorial tip in top left of screen won’t close. (No festival season at this time.) Sims will not interact in all tasks.  STS bonus has been locked for 3 days. Unable to play challenges.  Have deleted and reinstalled app.  Wi-Fi connection good.
