STS Ads & Mailbox Ads not working

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Knife block ads are not popping up to allow me to click them. Mailbox ads are also not showing at any location.
What do you expect to see? The option for playing ads for in game bonuses.
