Stuck on loading screen

Product: The Sims Mobile
Platform:Apple iPhone

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know I’m stuck on the loading screen
What do you expect to see? The game fully loaded and My original level which is 30

  • @quasha26 I understand you have trouble with your game. As @simmerdownMAL has mentioned, we received an update some hours ago. We can see in your screenshots that your game is downloading the update. I have read your posts in several threads. At this point, I would suggest that you contact EA in order to get assistance.

    As you are not able to access the app, you should contact EA through this link: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/?product=the-sims-mobile

    1. Select your platform.
    2. Select topic Technical support.
    3. Select an issue.
    4. Type your player-ID.
    5. Tap on the button Select contact option.

      Scroll down and select Email. This is the best option for your case. Fill in the form and, if possible, attach screenshots of your game. 

      An EA Advisor will email you within 24 hours.

  • @quasha26 for me: I downloaded it from Google Play, that took maybe four minutes. Then I opened up my game, it detected mobile data, I agreed to mobile data. Then you have to babysit the game until it downloads. you can't turn off the phone you can't go on to another video you just have to sit there and let it load. I didn't time it, but it took about 40 minutes. Did you do the same thing?

    Yes I did the same and it’s still on the loading screen

    I have the update but I can’t get into the game it’s been stuck on loading screen for two days

  • @SalixCat I did these suggestions and nothing change it’s still stuck on loading . And someone from EA support contact with the same suggestions and it didn’t work Is there any other solution????? I really like this game I haven’t played in 2 days

    I completed all steps except update my phone cause I don’t have any connection to do that

    @quasha26 you need to give feedback to the EA advisor. Tell them you have tried and it doesn't work. First step in any technical issue case is to ask the player to go through a basic troubleshooting. Once it's done and it doesn't work, the adviser will try to use other solutions. 

    I understand your worries. Don't give up. Keep in touch with EA. They have the resources to solve this 🙂
