This issue has been a serious pain. I’ve now spent hundreds of sim bucks trying to get the last three prizes to unlock and still won’t work. I also messaged EA help and was told that there was nothing they could do because I hadn’t contacted them correctly. This is the most disrespectful and unacceptable treatment of players and the customer help representatives are absolutely useless.
