I'm having an issue where I keep 'unlocking' an already unlocked item, the 'truly regal throne'. Because of this, I am unable to unlock the rest of the rewards. It just keeps giving me the regal throne, despite having 3 more items to collect. As you can see, I already got the throne, but I keep getting it no matter what.
I have the same problem. I need one more item but I keep getting the throne. I've got 7 thrones so far.
Had the same issues. Used all my sims cash and coins trying to finish it. Now I'm empty and can't finish all these new festival and dig events.
Not cool. But the sims mobile never credits me back.
I'm owed so much sims cash from doing sims cash offers and challenges.
worse part is that I tried contacting them. They didn't even respond and marked my ticket as 'resolved', not very reliable of them at all.
