This glitch has been around for a long time & nothing has been done about it. It was doing exactly the same thing last time it came up with the repeat of the event to complete it but since the glitch means we can’t, it’s just stuck in an infinite loop. I spent money on it again this time including using the sim cash rewards & watching ads to double bonuses to try to work around it and still got the same balloon colour wave over & over despite owning it. The chat agent wasn’t helpful either when I raised a case as they said I needed to go through the in game live chat which is how I was able to reach the agent in the first place - it diverts you to the website but apparently that’s not the right way to do it & to just give a thumbs up in the forums if it’s happened to you also like they’re going to actually use the feedback to do something about it after this long! They just check and confirm it’s been experienced by other players. That’s it. Good luck getting any funds compensated.
