The Sims Mobile Shadows

@ItsKatlyn99 could you maybe post a screenshot of what you're seeing in your game and what you see in the YouTube video?

Of course, that's my game:

As you can see there are no shadow.

And that's the game of someone's found on youtube:

As I said a lot of time, My phone is a powerful phone so I really don't understand why all these problems... 

This probably depends on the compatibility problems my device still have... That I have already explained and listed in the post related to the issues with certain devices.

My smartphone does not receive notifications from the game, game have a low graphic, some object's textures are blurred... Launching the game a message appears that says the game don't recognize the device in use so the game may not work normally, please help me bring this problem's to Gurus @Phantomlover1717 ☹️

Consider it done @ItsKatlyn99. Huawei isn't the greatest to play The Sims Mobile on in general. Hopefully changes will be made 🤞

By the way, my smartphone can handle heavier games, really really much heavier, without any problems.

I also tried in these days for some minutes The Sims FreePlay out of curiosity and even that one works very well without any problems, so I really hope they can fix all these problem on The Sims Mobile.

About not being able to post a bug report, a CM suggested to me that maybe your language settings might be mixed. 

You can check it on your AHQ profile settings. Have both set to English and see if that fixes the issue.

Yes actually now that I checked and changed the language I've tried and it seems to work, thanks again. 🙂
