I have been playing The Sims Game Mobile for a while I think I am on like level 27-28 and I've always wondered why the waterfront is unavailable and I was wondering if I need to get to a higher level to unlock it or is it actually unavailable for everyone to enter? If so when are they planning on unlocking it and will we ever get more locations to visit?

I think this is something that will get unlocked with an update, when you click on it it says 'Currently Unavailable' where Downtown says 'Requires Player Level 15'

I have been playing this game for a little over a month now. I am at level 39. It would be great to know when The Waterfront section will be available. The game is becoming boring. At least, the photography career should be an option since it is listed at one of the traits that a Sims can build upon. Yet, it does not exist.

Yes! We all currently are getting excited for the Waterfront!
Don't worry, the Sims Mobile Team tweeted on their Twitter account that we had something coming our way! It is what we've all been waiting for, an Update!

They must still be working on it, that I know of, it’s still unavailable.

As @Phantomlover1717 was explaining, Waterfront zone is still under construction, not available in the game yet, no matter your level.

Yea I want photography to be available too! And pets! And vacation! And more diffrent houses too 👐🏼
