Trouble Purchasing, hindered by a bug

hi, im experiencing bugs and prevents me from buying lots, festival pass and even houses. Ive tried restarting the app, uninstalling it and reinstalling still. I also tried checking for any pending payments but there were none, so the problem is nowhere to be solved. It’s either transaction cancelled or transaction in progress.
