Please punish players whose bases are destroyed 1000s of times
May I suggest penalizing players who allow their bases to be destroyed over and over again, who do not fight back and just do so to take POIs and be a nuisance? That is not how the game should be played.
If a player has his bases destroyed at least 1000 times, and the ratio of PvP kills to base lost to PvP is at least 1:5, then I suggest a more permanent penalty should be tacked onto the account. Disallow the account to move near a POI or kill forgotten bases, and restrict respawning of bases to 1 base per 24 hours. Also, prohibit relocation until all bases can be respawned (i.e. if 19 bases are destroyed, player has to wait 19 days without losing more bases before he can relocate)
