Buying TA funds

Where can we start a query for problems during TA funds purchase?

I started a normal TA funds purchase with Brave Browser and when PayPal returned me to the EA page I was shown a nice 400 Error page.

But I had already received two emails about the payment to EA:

And the offers page show this message:

And now I have two questions:

Has the payment been made correctly and do I have the funds?

Why do I receive two payments for a single order and with different sellers?

  • Questions and issues regarding funds can't be solved here in the forums, you need to contact EA help directly.

    You should be able to see in your profile in the EA app your purchase history.  That will show if you have made one or two purchases at that time.   You should also be able to see in your PayPal account if they have taken one or two payments for funds.  

    The funds should also show up in your account when you are logged on.
