Firestorm 27 : Does not appear for me

The server is not appearing although it has been announced while my comrades could have joined it.
I do not see any information regarding this delay.
Can you tell me what is happening ?

Are you sure you weren't trying to log in early? It works for me.
The start time was 16:00UTC, 17:00 BST (UK time) and 18:00 CET (European time - mostly)
Another user has found that using a browser reveals FS27 but it's not visible in Steam.
