As already stated in this thread, the blocking could be from anywhere in the world, from your local ISP to EA in the US.

But why do some worlds work and give access, other worlds are not logged in, there is no connection to EA servers.So it doesn't depend on which region I'm in.

We will keep investigating this problem. But on a network level and you accessing the game from Russia all sorts of issues (intentionally or not) can happen. It might not even be on an EA network level that the block is happening, it might already happeing within Russia or when your traffic leaves Russia depending on the route taken.

Your location being in Russia does make it more than likely it is at EA's end of things but that will be an executive decision way beyond the level of the game developers and the Community Managers. 

This is most likely done in EA. I have other accounts where I play on Russian worlds and can't even get there. The VPN is not used.I live in Russia

Sounds like someone somewhere is blocking access to specific servers or from specific ISP's.  It's either being done locally in the Ukraine or at EA.  Have you tried with a VPN?

The worlds you mention are not having a problem elsewhere or there would be many posts about this.

I tried what you wrote, but it didn't help.If there were any scripts, then I think the worlds would not be running.But for some reason, other worlds are launching, I also tried to launch the game on another computer (at work), but there is NO CONNECTION WITH EA SERVICES.Browsers Mycrasoft EDGE,GOOGLE CHROME.MOZILLA FIREFOX has the same problems
